Review:

Quite possibly the best Godzilla film, one that takes the story back to its roots as an anti nuke allegory and expands it into being critical of war generally. With a story that focuses on the average person instead of the government, or secret organizations, it’s easy to get invested. Sure, some scenes might be easy to guess and the ending leaves enough open for a sequel that will never happen, but everything else makes up for it.
