Review:

Having ever known the monster’s creator as Victor, seeing him here named Henry is confusing, especially when another character is named Victor. Still, the set designs are beautiful, the makeup and effects hold up nearly a century later, and the performances are believable enough to make you feel sadness for the Creature.

Even though it’s 70 minute runtime is short, it’s pacing could be better, and some script choices are odd, it’s a truly iconic film worth its place as “one of the greats.”
